We create this atmosphere for you in several ways:
* Professional lighting, laser shows, and sound * Professional Glow in The Dark Party, which can include glow in the dark dodgeball, basketball, kickball, etc. * Meetings in advance to customize your event and ensure we have the right songs and activities for your participants * Opportunity to get larger sponsors for your event b y giving them high exposure at night (customized gobos with sponsor logo, sponsor logo in laser lights, etc.) We can then display their logo on the side of your building or other large flat surface. FIXED QUOTE: Based on your needs, the size of your venue, and anticipated attendance, we will quote you a fixed rate for your event. It is a rate for which you can budget as you plan your fundraiser. WHY IT WORKS?
A common concern we hear is "Why would we pay you when we can get someone local to do it for free?" As someone who used to organize charity events before, we understand this concern. However, the reason you would hire us is to have professionals make your event first rate, a superior experience for your participants.

Let's look at a college event, perhaps a Dance Marathon. Pretend your event has about 1,000 participants and each person pledges $50 to attend. That is $50,000. After people experience us, you can likely raise that minimum level to $75 since we raise the value of your event. If our quality increases overall participation to 1,200, you now have $90,000 income. Even if you contract one of our higher productions at $15,000 (and we have packages significantly less than this), you have $75,000 profit, a $25,000 increase from the $50,000 before you involved us.
SOLUTIONS TO THE COST CONCERN: If you are interested in our services but cost remains a concern, we have some suggestions other customers have done to make it happen:
1) Obtain sponsors to cover our costs -- ask us how we can also help you get larger sponsors!
2) You may be able to cover our costs by adding a small registration fee when participants sign up for the event. Using the example above with 1,000 participants, a $10 entertainment fee would more than cover most of our packages. Just make it clear to your participants that the registration fee covers costs of the event. If you have registration money remaining, you can add it to your total, use it to cover other event costs, or bank it to have some start up funds next year.
Once you hire us, our commitment is to make your event as successful and profitable as possible. You will become our first priority, something you may not get with volunteers. We would be honored to work with you and your cause.
