Please review all of the below information so your transition from hotel to airport will be as smooth as possible:
If you are flying out of Jacksonville, North Carolina (OAJ), CLICK HERE
If you are flying out of New Bern, North Carolina (EWN), CLICK HERE
1) Review your flight information and departure time. If there is a mistake, please contact me immediately at info@emeraldowlproductions.com or (252) 764-7628.
2) Your airport driver has been asked to arrive 10-15 minute before your hotel departure time.
3) Our goal is to have you at the airport 2 hours or more before your flight.
3) If your flight is delayed, please contact your driver.
4) While not required, your driver will likely appreciate and accept any gratuity you wish to give.
IF YOUR DRIVER DOES NOT SHOW UP:
In the unlikely situation that your driver does not show up and not answering his/her phone, it means something unexpected has happened. Please try to call your driver back for about 10-15 minutes.
If still no answer, use your phone app to take an UBER or LYFT. Keep your receipt as you will be reimbursed by ILDA later.
