CUSTOMIZED QUOTES
As with all of our experiences, we customize our quotes in an effort to best balance the goals you want to accomplish with your event and your budget. This is particularly true with an experience like Neon Nights. Here is why, using a fireworks analogy:
New York City and Washington, DC each have firework shows on the 4th of July. So do many small towns in America. Are they all fireworks shows? Yes. Do they all cost the same? Obviously not!
Part of our job is to help your event far exceed the expectations of your first time participants. We also need to give you quotes that are budget practical. If you are a medium sized city, this will look very different than if you are a rural elementary school. Yet, both can have a Laser Light Glow Party.
One major advantage of Neon Nights over many other experiences, including even some of our own, is the intangibles allow for the event to be easier scaled up or down to fit different budgets. For example, if you are doing this for the first time, will your participants ask "Why was there only one laser?" or "Why were there 4 moving lights instead of 12 moving lights?" If they are busy having fun with our interactive activities, it becomes easier to scale down without having a Quality Control issue. If you have a bigger budget and want that bigger "wow factor," we can always increase the number of fixtures or add other upgrades, such as a Splash/Glow Foam Zone in the warmer months.
Compare this to a laser show when everyone is only watching the lasers. A 1 or 2 laser show would get likely get boring quickly as there is nothing to synchronize -- so we would never offer you one. But 1 or 2 lasers suddenly coming on over an already electric dance floor creates an even bigger, and perhaps unexpected, epic wow factor!
So our first step is to have a phone conversation with you so that we can ask you some questions. This will help us put together proposals and quotes that are appropriate for your needs.
QUESTIONS:
Some of the questions we will ask are:
1) What are you trying to accomplish? What would a perfect event be for you?
2) Is your event outdoors or indoors, or can it possibly be either one? (Indoors shows often require less to make it look good and thus have lower overhead.)
3) Is your date flexible? Better rates can often be negotiated if your date is flexible.
4) Is your event free to participants or is there an opportunity to do any revenue sharing?
5) What amount of power is available at your venue, and where is it located?
6) Do you want to add a Splash Zone, Foam Zone, etc? This is a specific area of the dance floor that people can enter if they want to get wet or play in a foam pit while enjoying the party. This is not available at most indoor events or in the colder months.
7) About how many people do you hope to have attend?
8) What is a ballpark budget? This will help us create a package or two that best fits all the provided information.
9) Is there a possibility for us to partner to create an event that generates revenue to help cover the costs? Perhaps you can break-even, or maybe the event can even be profitable for you!

Call (252) 764-7628 or e-mail [email protected] to discuss. There is never an obligation or cost to get the ball rolling, ask questions of us, or to get a quote.
