Dear 2023 ILDA Participants:
We are excited to welcome everyone to the beautiful Crystal Coast of North Carolina.
Please review all of the below information so your transition from airport to hotel to conference will be as smooth as possible:

1) Review your flight information and arrival time. If there is a mistake, please contact me immediately at info@emeraldowlproductions.com or (252) 764-7628.
2) Your airport driver's name and phone number are listed. Please have this information handy with you when you arrive.
3) If either your original flight or your connecting flight is delayed, please contact your airport driver as soon as possible with the new information. If your airport driver indicates he/she cannot adjust to your new arrival time, DO NOT PANIC! I will be made aware and alternate arrangements will be made.
4) Upon arrival, please contact your airport driver to let him/her know you have arrived and will be collecting your bags. You might want to tell the driver what you are wearing or how to identify you (Ex: I am wearing a red hat. I am the guy with 25 lasers, etc.)
5) Both airports are small and have just one terminal. It will not likely be a problem to find your driver.
6) While not required, your driver will likely appreciate and accept any gratuity you wish to give.
7) See you at the conference! My wife, Rheta, and I really hope you enjoy your stay here.
8) Transportation information for your return to the airport will be given to you at the conference.
IF YOU LOSE YOUR PHONE:
In the event you lose your phone or the battery has died, do not panic.. Drivers have been instructed to enter the baggage claim area if you have not called within 15-20 minutes of your plane landing. Photos of the drivers will be added at the bottom of this page by Saturday. Check back here and you can look for your driver.
IF YOUR DRIVER DOES NOT SHOW UP:
In the unlikely situation that your driver does not show up and not answering his/her phone, it means something unexpected has happened. Please try to call your driver back for about 10-15 minutes.
If still no answer, use your phone app to take an UBER or LYFT to the following address:

Keep your receipt as you will be reimbursed by ILDA later.
