INCENTIVES & CELEBRATIONS
This option is for schools who love the idea of an EOP Experience, but you do not need or want another fundraiser. Examples might include:
* Reward incentive for grades, attendance, character, or other fundraisers
* Field Day or other special event
* Team building or end of season party for an athletic team, club, or even your staff
Since this is not a fundraiser, there are two ways to make it happen:
1) BREAK-EVEN:
One of our elementary school customers invited parents to a fun night with their kids. Tickets were $12.00 per child, but parents were free. Based on their numbers, the school sold enough tickets to cover our costs and that is all they wanted to do. If breaking even is all you need, let us know. It is much easier to get the individual amount per student down if we know you do not need it to be a fundraiser.
2) FIXED RATE BUDGET:
Maybe your school is celebrating something special such as an athletic championship, school wide educational achievement, or anniversary. We are also aware that some schools are able to have successful fundraisers completely on their own without a 3rd party. Perhaps the EOP Experience would make a great school wide reward if your established fundraiser reaches a certain goal.
How does it work?
We will collaborate with you about which experiences will fit best at your school. If still interested, we will agree on a fixed rate for these experiences. For example, maybe an EOP Laser Light Glow Party is going to be an incentive for an already established fundraiser. You decide your actual goal for your fundraiser is $20,000. You simply add our agreed upon costs to your $20,000 goal and then announce that amount as your fundraising goal. We will provide videos to pump up your students. If you reach your announced goal, you have already budgeted for the costs of whatever experience you would like for us to provide you.

Our rates will be dependent on several variables, including which experiences you want, so please call us so we can give you a fair and accurate quote. If your date can be flexible and if you can consider a Monday thru Thursday event, it will make it easier for us to give you a better rate.
