BEFORE EVENT:
* Certificate of Insurance for $2 million dollars
* Assistance from EOP team via phone
* Site visit to help plan your event
* Customized video commercial, includes professional video footage and voice over
* Video to show parents in advance
* Kick-off Assembly (optional depending on distance)
* Travel Mileage
* Event Website Design
* Event Website Fees to third party MyEvent.com
DURING EVENT:
Sound
* 1-2 professional subwoofer units
* 2 professional 2-way line array speakers or two professional mid-high speakers
* 2 Crown Xti 6002 6Kw power amplifiers (if necessary)
* 1 computer with Virtual DJ software to run a professional DJ experience
* Fee to legally use Virtual DJ software at public event
* All speaker cables
Lighting
* 2-4 professional grade high output DMX moving head lighting fixtures
* 4 professional grade high output LED wash fixtures lights to create “UV” impact on dance floor
* 1 Gig Bar of Lights & Mini Laser
* Computer with DMX software and dongle to operate a live light show
* Clamps to hold lights to trussing
* Aircraft safety cables (One per light)
Laser
* Professional Kvant Laser for Laser Beam Show & Images
* 6 hours of RGB diodes usage to run the laser during dodgeball & glow party
* Professional Smoke Factory Tour Hazer II to accentuate the lights and make laser visible
* Haze Juice for hazer

* 12 feet aluminum truss set-up with stands and safeties
* 2 crank up stands designed to hold 500 pounds at any height

Other Services
* Professional Sound Technician on site all day and evening (dodgeball & party)
* Professional Lighting Technician on site all day and evening (dodgeball & party)
* DJ and/or emcee with structured game and activities appropriate for kids
* Downloading of requested songs via legal, high quality avenues to be used for public performance
* 3 hours of set up & 3 hours of strike time (Take down)
Note: Hotel costs, if needed, will be reimbursed after the event. (We recommend getting the hotel to make an in-kind sponsorship by donating or discounting our rooms)
AFTER EVENT:
* Data surveys for students and staff
* Copies of any photos or videos EOP took at your event
* Debriefing Meeting (what went well, what changes are needed for future events, etc.)
