The following describes our percentage tier process for a school wide or large fundraiser.

WHY EOP IS UNIQUE & HOW WE ARE RISK FREE:
* We Take The Risk: Many of our staff members used to work or still work in education. We understand schools and their needs. Schools cannot typically take the financial risk of a flat rate. Therefore, we will work on a percentage for schools. This means WE take the risk! Most entertainment companies will not take that kind of risk. Why do we? The data shows our model is highly successful over time. If we partner together to build an annual tradition at your school, it will likely be a significant win-win in the long term. * Your Participants Get Better Value: Standard fundraising items tend to be overpriced. Since many of these items are available cheaper at stores and on-line, your have to ask your families to overpay so the school can make a profit. With EOP, we provide professional experiences --- so when students turn in money, we ensure your families and students get their money's worth! This keeps people coming back so your event can grow!
* You Do Not Need To Reinvent The Wheel: Your fees are not just for entertainment. We will be there every step of the way to guide you based on our years of event experience. After one or two events, you will know what processes work best for you....and then you can watch your PROFITS and the FUN grow!

RECOVER OVERHEAD FIRST
Transparency in business is important. While the data shows our model is very profitable with large fundraisers, it is not profitable for smaller fundraisers. (We have a separate model for Small Fundraisers (Teams & Clubs). Since we invest in professional equipment and personnel to create an amazing experience, the overhead is not cheap. Sure, we could cut corners to get more work and make a quick buck, but we'd be risking quality control of YOUR event! We help you build a successful event by putting QUALITY OVER PROFITS. We find that if you prioritize the experience, the profits tend to take care of themselves.
For this to be sustainable, we do need to recover our overhead first from the pledges. Our overhead will be dependent on variables such as the size of your school, day of your event, and our travel distance. It is usually in the $1,500-$2,500 range and most schools average at $2,000. But don't worry! If interested, we have created a free guide on how to solicit sponsorships from local businesses to help you cover this overhead.
(Note: We will not need to recover overhead on fundraisers grossing $20,000 or more.)

ADDING TO YOUR PERCENTAGE:
Most schools increase their profits on top of their percentage by selling concessions, glow items, raffle tickets, etc. of which you keep 100%. You may add other entertainment not provided by EOP and charge for that, such as a dunk tank or inflatables.
